Description:
Mini hydraulic power units are standalone units. They operate by using an electric motor to generate hydraulic pressure required to drive motors, cylinders, lifts, hydraulic cylinders and other applications.
Wiring diagram
- The negative (−) battery terminal is connected to the negative (−) terminal of the DC motor (blue).
- The positive (+) battery terminal is connected to the right copper terminal of the contactor.
- The contactor cable is connected between the positive (+) terminal of the DC motor (red) and the left copper terminal of the contactor.
- The combined two-core cable is connected to the valve connector.
- The blue cable (or black, depending on the series) is connected to the negative (−) terminal of the DC motor.
- The red cable (or yellow/green depending on the series) is connected to the copper terminal of the contactor.
- The white cable is connected to the grey terminal of the contactor, which is further from the motor.
- The thermal cable is connected to the grey terminal of the contactor, which is closer to the motor.
