Description:
Mini hydraulic power units are standalone units. They operate by using an electric motor to generate hydraulic pressure required to drive motors, cylinders, lifts, hydraulic cylinders and other applications.
Wiring diagram
- The negative (−) terminal of the battery is connected to the negative (−) terminal of the DC motor (blue).
- The positive (+) terminal of the battery is connected to the right copper terminal of the contactor.
- The contactor cable is connected between the positive (+) terminal of the DC motor (red) and the left copper terminal of the contactor. The combined two-core cables are connected to the valve connectors.
- The four-core cable with a connector at the end is connected to the negative (−) terminal of the DC motor.
- The yellow cable is connected to the copper terminal of the contactor.
- A single black cable is connected to the grey terminal of the contactor.
- The thermal cable is connected to the grey terminal on the contactor, which is closer to the motor.
