Description:
Mini hydraulic power units are standalone units. They operate using an electric motor that generates hydraulic pressure required to drive motors, cylinders, lifting equipment, hydraulic cylinders and other applications.
Wiring diagram
- Negative battery terminal is connected to the negative DC motor terminal (blue).
- Positive battery terminal is connected to the right copper terminal of the contactor.
- Contactor cable is connected between DC motor positive terminal (red) and left copper terminal of the contactor.
- Combined two-wire cable is connected to the valve connector.
- Blue cable (or black depending on series) is connected to DC motor negative terminal.
- Red cable (or yellow/green depending on series) is connected to contactor copper terminal.
- White cable is connected to the grey contactor terminal further from the motor.
- Thermal cable is connected to the grey contactor terminal closer to the motor.
